Beast is a fun character, but I think most people find his personal story the least enjoyable. Not that it's awful or anything, just that the others are better. They added some stuff to his story when the definitive edition came out, and it doesn't feel as bad as it used to, but it's still probably the most boring story. under 'Steam\steamapps\common\Divinity Original Sin 2\DefEd\bin' and launch the Definitive Edition '.exe' file located there. This will bypass the launcher and startup Definitive Edition itself. Answer was kinda simple, but to be honest, I didn't expect a different .exe for both the versions, which to be fair I should have checked for a lot sooner. ND0pql4.
