Yeah, idk if you're on PC or Console, but when you open up the encyclopedia then go to "Heroes" you can filter out the results by wanderer and it'll show all the heroes you can hire. Alternatively you can ask a tavern keeper for companions you can hire within their faction's territory. 3. Recruit Everyone is a mod that allows you to hire anyone that is not a lord as a companion. There are a few settings that can be configured with or without MCM such as the companion limit or the template used to generate your companion. If you come across anyone that you cannot recruit but you should or if there are other problems (crashing Capture them as prisoners, or maybe try recruiting thugs you sometimes find in Taverns. As for the former, a couple of your prisoners will offer to join you every now and then, click on them in the party screen, they'll have an icon. I know about these. What I want is "befriend" with bandits and looters. #3.
This mod makes all companions you hire start out fresh. You get to shape them from the beginning yourself. Last tested on e1.7.2. v2.0.0 is heavily updated.

Like, have them all in the same division, separated from other soldiers. You can not do that, the order of battle system only has troop types to choose and sliders for numbers. Also your companions are meant to act as commanders of formations now. This doesn't make sense, especially if we talk about say surgeon or scout.

Haswel Apr 7, 2020 @ 12:39pm. Yes, it's expensive to recruit lords, but I think the price scales with the renown or number of fiefs they own possibly. I've also definitely recruited a lord without having to pay any money at all before. Just succeeded at the persuasion mini game and he instantly converted with all of his clan members. zRUCCBp.
